I'm a cross-functional Creative Copywriter, Brand Strategist, and Editorial Leader who specializes in human-centric storytelling. Currently completing my MFA in Creative Writing as a fully funded fellow in Virginia, I bridge the gap between deep narrative structure and strategic digital engagement.

 

My career thrives at the intersection of text, design, and leadership. As a "creative hybrid" with a background in everything from computer science and graphic design, to creative writing and classical opera performance, I approach brand voice with a unique understanding of rhythm, audience psychology, and visual architecture.

 

Whether I'm interviewing industry executives, directing editorial workflows, typesetting a magazine layout, or scripting a brand narrative, my goal is always the same: to find smarter, more human ways to shape content that connects with people. When I'm not deep in a manuscript or running an editorial pipeline, you can usually find me baking fresh sourdough bread, or reading fantasy novels.

To architect and launch an independent digital media platform from the ground up, dedicated to scouting, elevating, and profiling industry artistic talent and publishing professionals.

Engineer a dual-franchise content strategy on Substack by introducing two targeted editorial series: "Undiscovered Author Interviews" and "Industry Professional Highlights." Standardize talent-selection criteria to review incoming applications, curate the platform layout, and launch multi-channel distribution across digital networks to capture organic traffic.

Successfully scaled the platform to 285 active Substack subscribers and 800+ multi-platform community followers within the first 90 days of organic launch, publishing 21+ high-engagement multimedia features.

To oversee end-to-end production logistics, content strategy, and vendor management for a multi-channel seasonal literary publication while leading a large, multi-tiered creative team.

Direct a cross-functional editorial team of 10+ professionals, including senior editors, junior editors, and digital readers, to standardize high-volume content evaluation workflows. Serve as the primary brand liaison managing external commercial printing companies and artistic vendors to coordinate manufacturing specifications, production budgets, and hard material deadlines.

Successfully optimized the content pipeline to ensure seamless, on-time seasonal launches. Maintained brand identity standards across print and digital mediums while executing high-profile author feature strategies to maximize audience engagement.

Enterprise Visual Design & Brand Assets

Results

To conceptualize and execute commercial visual designs and corporate product logos that communicate brand authority for enterprise-level organizations and high-security clients.

Utilized advanced vector and graphic design programs (including Inkscape and Photoshop) to build scalable, high-impact digital assets. Created comprehensive style guides for inter-departmental use of new branding tools. Collaborated with cross-functional development teams and directly pitched creative concepts to upper management to align with overarching business goals.

Successfully secured executive client buy-in and generated high-value visual assets that resulted in official, registered corporate trademarks for elite organizational clients, including branches of the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force.
